If 2 hours before the appointment, there is a 70% chance of rain for more than half of the trip, you have 3 options:
1- Keep the reservation
2- Postpone for a few hours, based on availability
3- Receive an in-house credit and reschedule for another day (not on a weekend), the captain must still be paid one hour as compensation.
For example: if your reservation is on Saturday and you cancel on Thursday, there is no refund.
If you are 15 minutes late, or do not show, there is no refound.

What should I bring?
Excellent question! Here’s a brief list of what you can bring, and what not to bring:
Bring: IDs, towels, rubber sandals, drinks, food, and sunscreen, and get excited!
Do NOT Bring: Shoes, Red Wine, Hookah, or Cigarettes
